Infant Zachariah ZaQuis Brigham passed away at Owensboro Medical Health System on May 5, 2012.
He is survived by his mother, Dantara L. Brigham; grandmother, Cynthia Young; grandfather, Donald Brigham; aunts, Carley Mayes, Brittany Mayes and Tajia Johnson; uncles, Zachary Mayes, Demetrius Ward, Jr., Orlando Robinson, Jr. and Dominique Robinson; three special cousins, JhiYair Jackson, Stacey Dillard and AiYona Mayes.
Private burial will take place at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Cemetery.
