William Howard Hancock

William Howard "Will" Hancock, Jr., 28, of Owensboro, died Friday, November 21, 2008, at his home. He was born June 12, 1980, to William H. and Melanie Cook Hancock in Daviess County. He was a member of Owensboro Christian Church, a licensed plumber, who loved all of God's creatures, great and small. Most of all, he loved his family, especially his children.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Howard Hancock, Sr. in 1993, his paternal grandfather, Gary Hancock, his paternal grandmother, Mary Beatrice Cornett Hancock, and his maternal grandfather, Tyler Cook.

Survivors include his children, Jordan Elizabeth Hancock and William Tyler Hancock; his mother, Melanie Jo Hancock of Owensboro; his sister, Lynell Clark and her husband, Johnny of Owensboro, his brothers, Gary Hancock and his wife, Tanya of Owensboro; Isaac Hancock and his wife, Kandra of Bell, FL; maternal grandmother, Shirley Cook of Owensboro; nieces, Whitney and Keely Frey and nephews, Landon Frey, and Evan Hancock.

Services will be 6:00 PM Monday, at Glenn Funeral Home with visitation after 11:00 AM Monday at the funeral home.
