William H. Carman

William H. Carman, Sr., 69, of 1314 Breckenridge Street, Owensboro, died Wednesday, March 01, 2006 in Owensboro. He was born November 9, 1936 to the late Vernie S. and Elsie Tucker Carman, Sr. He had worked in the maintenance department at Field Packing Company. Mr. Carman was a member of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Carman in April 25, 2003; also four brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include a son, William H. Carman, Jr. of Owensboro; daughters, Mary Frances Carman of Owensboro and Marie Hobson of Payneville, KY; three grandchildren; four sisters, Amanda Tanner of Hardinsburg, Frances Webb of Rockport, IN, Anna Payne of Maceo and Fay Mulholland of Owensboro.

Services will be 2:30 PM Friday at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Lewisport Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday and after 10:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at wwwglennfuneralhome.com
