William Wesley Selph Bagot

William Wesley Selph Bagot, 57, died Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at University Center East, Deland,FL. Mr. Bagot was preceded in death by his father, Chester Selph; his adoptive father, Charles Bagot; and his younger brother, Allan Bagot. He is survived by his mother, Alice Bagot; his brother, Jesse Selph; nephews, Brian Selph and Jason Bagot; and a niece, Jessica Bagot.

Mr. Bagot loved to drive and drove everything from taxis to 18 wheelers and enjoyed "traveling music." He was kind and loving to children and critters, had a marvelous sense of humor, and never met a lady he didn't like.

University Center East has been his home for the past 12 years and the staff has been his caring family.

Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 2, 2009 in St. Ann Chapel, Resurrection Cemetery with Father John Vaughan officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Haven Hospice in Deland, Fl or the Western Kentucky Hospice in Owensboro.

Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory is handling arrangement for the Bagot family.
