Willard Gray Crowe, 58, of 2018 Oak Ave., Owensboro, died Wednesday, May 02, 2001 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. Born in Ohio County, Kentucky on March 31, 1943 he was the son of the late Elvis C. Crowe and Virdie Lee Finley Crowe. Mr. Crowe, was preceded in death by a son, Charley Crowe in 1965.
Mr. Crowe, was retired from National Linen Service Co., after 17 years. He enjoyed fishing and billiards.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Myrtle Deno Crowe; one son, Mark Crowe of Owensboro; 2 grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews.
Friends may call at Glenn Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2001 and after 9:00 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2001. The funeral service for Mr. Crowe will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2001 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.
