Wayne T. Harrison

Wayne T. Harrison, 65, of Portage, IN, formerly of Owensboro, died Saturday, July 8, 2006 at his home. He was born February 28, 1941 to the late Marion and Nervie Mae Stanley Harrison in Muhlenberg County. He was a long time member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion. He enjoyed collecting coins, guns and going fishing.

Survivors include his partner in life, Nancy; a step-son, Tom Tracy of Valpariso, IN, step-daughters, Karrie Hunter of Lake Station, IN and Sheri Whitten of North Judson, IN; six brothers, Wendell, Charles, William and James Harrison, all of Owensboro, Kirkwood Harrison of Morgantown, Marion Harrison of St. Charles, MO; two sisters, Betty Embry of Morgantown and Eva Jewell of Owensboro; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Muhlenberg County. Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
