Wayne English

Wayne English, 63, of Owensboro died Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Aniston, Alabama to the late Billy Fred and Glenda Dobbins English, worked at General Electric for 29 years, and enjoyed working with CB Radios. Wayne also enjoyed RC Cars, drones, attending car shows, watching UK basketball and NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon, but his greatest joy was his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Trish English; children, Amy Nugent (Donald), Adam English both of Owensboro, Christina Albritton (Daryl) of Wisconsin, Rachael Griffith (Jesse) of Leitchfield, Donnie Wallace of South Korea, Paige Cotton and JoAnn Clay both of Owensboro; grandchildren, Stephanie, Cassie, Allie, Ashtyn, Addison, Abigail, Ebbie, Kaelyn and Rosabella; great-grandson, Charlie; brother, Terry Baideme; and sister, Marla Kelly.

Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and after Noon on Sunday at the funeral home.
