W. F. Eyster

W. F. "Jason" Eyster, 69 of Utica, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born on July 23, 1944 in Torrence, CA to the late Richard C. and Elsie Margaret Clayton Eyster. Jason had worked as a welder for Pilot Steel and was a member of Sorgho Baptist Church. He was a Marine veteran and enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Tani Eyster, daughters, Connie Smith of Whitesville and Kimberly Lanham of Utica, a son, Jason Eyster of Utica, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and brothers, Dick Eyster of Exeter, CA and Walt Erickson of St. Joseph, Missouri.
Services will be 12 noon Friday, October 11, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.
