Virginia R. Wimsatt

Virginia Ruth Keller Wimsatt, 82, of Owensboro, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Daviess County on November 16, 1924, Ms. Wimsatt was the daughter of the late August William and Sophia Horlander Keller; a member of SS Joseph and Paul Catholic Church; member of the Auxilary of the Legion of Mary; and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by brothers, Frank Keller, Everette Keller, Joseph Keller, Charles Keller, and Sam Keller and a sister, Mary Stallings.

She is survived by daughters, Marilyn Kay Wright and Debra Ann Millay of Owensboro; sons, Lawrence Everett Wimsatt of Pataskala, OH and Richard Alan Wimsatt of Hopkinsville; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Harry Keller of Owensboro; and a sister, Clarice Marie Smith of Owensboro.

Graveside service will be 10 A.M. Saturday, December 16, 2006 at St. Ann Chapel, Resurrection Cemetery with Father Ray Clark officiating.
