Virginia Lucretia Hurst

Lucretia Johnson Hurst, 84 formely of Heritage Place, on Buckland Square & of 1730 Shawnee Drive Apartments, Owensboro, died Friday, May 23, 2003 at Hermitage Manor Nursing Home. She retired from General Electric after 32 years. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and friends.She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Anita Hurst Bruner, and Darrel E. (Gene) Bruner ,two grandchildren, Michael Bruner of Henderson and Erin Bruner, of Murray. 2 nephews and 1 niece.
Funeral services will be held,11:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at Glenn Funeral Home in Owensboro. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 27th at Glenn Funeral Home from 2 to 8 p.m. Visitation will be after 9 a.m. Wednesday..Burial will be in Lewisport Cemetery.
