Virginia Alice Foster

Virginia Alice Foster, 74, of Owensboro, died October 1, 2013 at Owensboro Place. She was born in Binghamton, NY to the late Joseph and Jayne Keenan Carroll. Virginia was a loving housewife and was of the Baptist faith. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, David and Walter Carroll and two sisters, Nancy Brown and Charlotte Drost.

Survivors include her spouse of 35 years, Charles H. Foster, four children; Sherri Jean Heunemann, Teri Lynn Brooks, William Leroy Hall and Jenny Ann Ames and step-daughter Charlene Tucker (Alan); a niece Shirley Hafford; two step-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren and a close family friend, Martha Jackson.

The family will have a private service, held at a later date.
