Virginia Pearl Bellamy

Virginia P. Bellamy, 89, formerly of Owensboro, passed away May 4, 2014 in Fayetteville, TN. She was born in Daviess County to the late Ollie and Ines Bartlett.

Virginia was a former member of Owensboro Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold K. Bellamy; parents; a son, James H. Bellamy; a grandson, Troy A. Shepherd; and brothers, Jerry and Bobby Bartlett.

Virginia is survived by a daughter, Barbara Bartlett (Doug) of Huntsville, AL; a daughter-in-law, Charlotte J. Pelley (Ray) of Paducah, KY; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Dean Bellamy; and brothers, J. Mack, Gary and Jack Bartlett, all of Owensboro.

The funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, May 7 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Jimmy Bunch will officiate. Burial will be at Kelly Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM until Noon on Wednesday.
