Tyler C. Beck

Tyler C. Beck, of Owensboro, went to be with the lord on November 14, 2014. Tyler was born on August 24, 1991 in Hot Springs AR. to Kathryn Shillings Martin and Jon Beck. He was a graduate of Beacon Central High School and was of the Christian faith. Tyler was an outdoorsman who loved fishing and hiking. Music and reading also played important roles in his life and enjoyed going to the library.

Tyler is preceded in death by his grandfather Paul Stevens Shillings and his step grandfather James Ray Martin.

Tyler is survived by his mother Kathryn (Tim) Martin of Owensboro; his father Jon Beck of St Louis MO.; brothers Garrett Martin, Justin Martin, and Preston White; sisters, Heather Martin and Hannah Martin; grandparents, Van and Nancy Beck, Bobby Shillings; step-grandmother, Gail Martin; girlfriend, Chelsea Summit, and a large loving extended family.

A service will be held 6:00 pm Tuesday November 18, 2014 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 12 noon until time of service on Tuesday.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Daviess County Public Library.
