Truman F. Sutton, 73, of 602 East 23rd St , died Sunday, January 18, 2004 the Owensboro Medical Health Sytem. He was born in McLean County on October 30, 1930 to the late Weldon and Dessie Sutton. He was owner/operator of Sutton and Sons Trucking for over 50 years; a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Booth Avenue. He was a member of the Mended Hearts, Woodman of the World, a Kentucky Colonel, and TPA. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Fogle in 1964.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Alice Sutton; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Kevin Sutton of Owensboro, and Keith and Benita Sutton of Utica; a grandson, Brandon Sutton of Utica; and two sisters, Mrs. Remus (Evelyn) Saltzman of Moselyville and Mrs. LaVega (Barbra) West of Utica.

Funeral services are 11;30 A.M. Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Elba. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-8 P.M. on Tuesday and after 9 A.M. on Wednesday.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Mended Hearts Association.
