Tracy Michelle Ratliff

Tracy Michelle Ratliff, 43, born in Owensboro, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Heartford House in Owensboro after a lengthy battle with Melanoma Cancer. She was born December 29, 1969 to Herbert Louis Ratliff and Betty Stuart Ratliff Allen. Tracy graduated 7th in her class from Owensboro High School in 1988. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Architecture. Tracy was a lifetime member of Owensboro Christian Church and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and New Beginnings.

She was preceded in death by her fathers, Herbert Louis Ratliff and Lynn Ray Allen, and a brother, Barry Stuart Ratliff.

Surviving are her mother, Betty Allen; siblings, Jeff (Tonya) Ratliff and children Jordan, Justin and Ty. Jennifer (Kenny) Mattingly and children Ethan and Avery Galbreath and Hayden Mattingly, all of Owensboro. Khristy Schroader of Centertown, Misty Allen Edge of Whitesville and Marty Allen of Birmingham, AL.

Services will be Noon, Saturday, November 30, 2013 in the chapel of Glenn Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Shaun Green presiding. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM Friday, November 29, 2013 and after 9 AM on the day of service, at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Heartford House. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
