Tonya M. Bickett Embry

Tonya M. Bickett Embry, 39, of Owensboro, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023. She was born in Owensboro, graduated from Trinity High School in 2003 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Brescia University.

Tonya was employed by U.S. Bank for several years. She previously worked at the Wendell Foster Center for many years. Tonya enjoyed reading, hiking, walking, crafting and jewelry making.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Stephanie Bickett in 2023, and grandparents, Anselm and Elizabeth Bickett and Joseph R. and Evelyn Howard.

Tonya is survived by her husband Bradley Embry; children, Layla, Ethan and Madison Embry; her parents, H. Allen and Deborah A. Bickett; siblings, Eric Bickett (Misty), Mary Harrod (Robert Kincaid) and Jason Bickett (Lacey Bradford); her in-laws, Tommy and Sharon Embry; brother-in-law, Josh Embry; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be at Noon, Monday, October 30 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. The visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 until 7:00 PM and Monday from 10:00 AM until Noon at the funeral home. The private burial will be at Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery.
