Tina Renee Morris Roby, 44, of Owensboro, fell asleep in the arms of Jesus on Friday, April 27, 2018.
Tina was given the gift of life on December 1, 1973 by her loving parents Mike and Trudy Morris. She was baptized in the Catholic faith. The world was forever changed by her arrival and departure.
Tina graduated from Trinity High School in Whitesville and Owensboro Community and Technical College. She was a long time employee of Owensboro Health Regional Hospital as a clinical informatics specialist and president of her homeowners association. She was valued for her business mind, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Tina was best known for her role as a mother to her three boys. She thought of them as her greatest accomplishment. Her love for them exceeded all boundaries. Every thought she had, every decision she made was for Mason, Ethan, and Reid's best interest. Her love for her family was endless. She was her daddy's baby girl, and rock, her mama's best friend and support system and her brothers biggest cheerleader, protector and worry wart. Everyone who knew her well remembers her kind heart, sweet smile, sparkling eyes, contagious laugh, and endless love for family, friends, and coworkers. Our loss is heavens gain.
Tina now dances toward the ones who proceeded her to heaven, Papaw Benard Morris, grandparents; James and Beulah Bickett; uncle, Frankie Morris; aunt, Dorothy Morris, and cousin Jimmy Bickett
The many broken hearts to mourn the loss of our sweet angel include Mike Johnson,the love of her life; sons, Mason Coomes, Ethan Coomes and Reid Roby; parents, Mike and Trudy Morris; brother, Shawn Morris; grandmother, Barbara Morris, aunts and uncles, Mike and Marie Payne, Tony and Vicky Morris, Steve and Beaver Hamilton, Billy and Teresa Roberts, Mike and Elsie Blair, Thomas and Janie Blair, Rick and Shirley Bickett, Scotty and Kim Bickett, Bobby And Monica Creamer. Numerous cousins and extended family, friends, and coworkers.
The funeral service for Tina will be 2 pm Monday, April 30, 2018, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with visitation beginning at 10 am.
