Timothy Lee Hendricks

Timothy Lee Hendricks, 53, of Owensboro passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the Owensboro Medical Health System. Born in Daviess County on September 6, 1958, he was the son of the late Fred and Mary Ruth Noe Hendricks.

Timothy had worked as a custodian with the Owensboro Board of Education before becoming disabled. He was a member of Memorial Tabernacle. Mr. Hendricks enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, dirt track racing and constructing lighted reindeer displays.

Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Diane Hendricks; daughters, Shawna (Rick) Gant and Timi Diane Hiott of Owensboro; grandchildren, Malik, Lawson, Graydon, Abby, Izzy, and Lilly; his mother-in-law, Elberta Best of Owensboro; a brother, Mark Hendricks of Owensboro; sisters, Charlotte (Keith) Dukes and Barbara Hendricks of Greenville, Pauline (Ray) Allmon of Hopkinsville and Marie Hendricks of Owensboro and many members of Diane's family.

Services are 2 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012 in the Chapel of Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Jim Stanley and Mike Best officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
