Thomas Lee ''Wildcat'' Hamilton, 57 of 802 Poindexter, Owensboro, died Saturday, April 13, 2002 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Philpot native was a lead man for the Professional Maintenance of Kentucky; member of St Stephen Cathedral; loved playing the guitar and singing and barbeques with his family and friends. He was a fan of Nascar and U.K. basketball and was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War.

He was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Lee Hamilton, Jr. in 1999.

He is survived by his companion, Rose Henning; a son, Eddie Lloyd of Springdale, AR; four daughters, Tammy Lee Hamilton and Cathy Vera of Springdale, Cheryl Haerther of McAllen, TX, and Lisa Howard of Owensboro; two foster sons, Stephen Ray Schroader and David Paul Schroader of Owenbsoro; fourteen grandchildren; three sisters, Janie Gray, Jeanie Dunn and Marilyn Nelson of Owenbsoro and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at 10 A.M. at Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home from 2-8 P.M. on Monday, April 15, 2002 and after 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday. The Rosary will be said at 6:30 P.M. on Monday.
