Thomas R. Beyke

Mr. Thomas R. Beyke, 66, of 3723 Hawthorne Drive, Owensboro, died Tuesday, June 3, 2003, at Owensboro Mercy Health System. He was born August 22, 1936, of Thomas Bernard, and Hattie B. Whitaker Beyke in Daviess County. He retired from U.S. Postal Service, was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and was an Air Force Veteran.

Three sisters preceded him in death, Cil Ebelhar who died 6-8-2000, Juanita Vowels who died 7-17-1967, and Jeanette Rumage who died 4-21-2000.

Survivors include, one brother, Bernard Beyke of Sorgho; two sisters, Carol Hodskins of Owensboro, and Mary E. Schrecker of Rome, also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 6, 2003 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2003 and after 8:30 a.m. Friday, prayers will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home.
