Theda Maxine Schweikarth Riley

Theda Maxine Schweikarth Riley, 83, of Dade City, Fla., formerly of Owensboro, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006 at Hernando Pasco Hospice House in Dade City. She was born in Magoffin Co., Ky. to the late Virgil & Alkie Prater Litteral. She was retired from the General Electric Co. after 42 years. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren and great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Hugh W. Schweikarth in January, 1986 and her 2nd husband, Keith Riley in June, 2004.

Surviving is a daughter and her husband, Jo Ann & Pete Smeathers of Owensboro, three grandchildren, Darren K. Smeathers of Va. Beach, Va., Jeff Smeathers of Smiths Grove, Ky. , and Leigh Ann & husband Shane Hughes of Charlotte, N. C., a great graddaughter, Madeline Hughes, three brothers, Jim Litteral of St. Petersburg, Fla., Bobby Litteral of Houston, Tx., and Paul Litteral of Austin, Tx., and two sisters, Kitty Howard of Owensboro and Nell Hebert of Houston, Tx.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, Dec. 8 at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Wedding officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday and after 8:30 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.
