Terry Stepp, 80, of Owensboro passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving family while under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of W. Kentucky. The Daviess County native was born April 15, 1946, to the late Raymond Henry Stepp and Mary Morrison Stepp. Terry graduated from Owensboro High School with the class of 1965. After being discharged, Terry was employed in maintenance as an electrician at OMU from where he retired after 27 years in 1995. Growing up, Terry enjoyed racing go-carts on the local race tracks.
