Terry Wayne Rhineburger

Terry Wayne Rhineburger, 74, of Philpot, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born March 6, 1951 in Daviess County to the late Vernon and Vera Sapp Rhineburger. Terry was retired from Windshield Service Co. as a windshield installer after many years. He loved his family very much especially his grandchildren and was always willing to help people out if he could. Terry enjoyed watching Western movies and Nascar, listening to country music, and building plastic models.

Terry was also preceded in death by a grandson, James Matthew Trogden and his six siblings, Diane Felty, Carroll Ezell, and David, Jerry, Larry, and Roger Rhineburger.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Zena Myers Rhineburger; three children, Terry Rhineburger of Owensboro and Cathy Reneer and Michelle Trogden, both of Philpot; four grandchildren, Daniel Reneer (Sabrina) of Philpot, Jackie Burns (Mike) of Philpot, Nicholas Trogden (Haley) of Owensboro, and Ashley Rhineburger of Owensboro; 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 4 PM Tuesday, September 9, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 2 PM until the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
