Terry Michael Baker, 58, of Owensboro, died on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 while vacationing near Eureka, Missouri. He was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky to the late Houston and Lucille Keller Baker.
Terry was a 1974 graduate of Owensboro Catholic High and attended River City Church. He was employed at S.F.G. (formerly Fields Packing). Prior to that he worked for Peters Construction and in his early years he worked on the family farm. Terry enjoyed working on cars, camping and his dogs. He was a generous and helpful man who will be missed by many.
Terry was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Mya earlier this year.
He is survived by his wife, Revonda Mullins Baker, daughters, Joy Nichols (Chris), Kattie Baker and Amanda Baker; step-daughter, Carrie Vogt (Eric); step-sons, Nick Adamson (Tia), Michael Cook and Jason Adamson; a brother, Jackie Baker; grandchildren, Kyra, Chris, Jr., Corie, Ella, Blake, Jacoby, Cory, Katelynn, Rachel, Haley and Raven; and beloved dogs, Josie, Max and Bud.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, August 31 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory.
Visitation will be on Sunday after 1 PM.
