Terri Head Zabek

Terri Head Zabek, 46, of 928 Rogers Ct, Owensboro, died, Wednesday, December 19 at the Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Atlanta, GA. native was a Laboratory Technician at the Owensboro Mercy Health System and had previously worked at the Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. She was a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and enjoyed gardening and crafts.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, James M. Zabek; a daughter, Sara Zabek of Owensboro; her mother, Cleo Pogue Head of Columbia, TN; a sister, Brenda Shaw and her husband Jody of Columbia, TN; and three nieces, Jenny, Kelley, and Haley Shaw all of Columbia, TN.

Funeral services are 11 A.M. Friday, December 21, 2001 at the Glenn Funeral Home with burial in Rosehill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-8 P.M. on Thursday and after 9 A.M. on Friday.
