Tammy Smith

Tammy Dell Smith, 55, of Owensboro, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord October 23, 2016, while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born August 1, 1961 in Greenville, Kentucky to James and Betty Martin Hunt. Tammy loved to cook, and made delicious family and holiday meals. She loved to garden, listen to country music, and spend time with her family, especially her grand-daughter.

She is preceded in death by her husband of thirty-six years, Jeffery Smith, who was the love of her life.

Tammy is survived by her daughter, Ashley (Robert-Joseph) Clark, and their daughter, Hadley-Renee; her brothers, Michael (Ella) and Gary (Teresa) Taucher; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be 12:00p.m. Thursday, October 27, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Wednesday, and 9:00a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
