Tammie L. Hofmann

Tammie L. Hofmann, 42, of 280 Coast Guard Lane, Owensboro, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2005, at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Daviess Co., Ky. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, enjoyed gardening, and spending time with her family.

Surviving is her husband of 23 years, John R. Hofmann, two sons, Josh & Ryan Hofmann, both of Owensboro, and a daughter, Amber Hofmann of Owensboro, her mother and stepfather, Floy & Bob Ammons of Owensboro, also a stepfather, Russell Hutchins of Fordsville, a brother, Alan Foy of Clarksville, Tn., and two sisters, Ronda Reynolds & Jenny Peercy, both of Owensboro, and several nieces & nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with burial following in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 9:00 A.M. Thursday at Glenn Funeral Home. Prayers will be at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday.
