Tamara "Tammi" Chisholm

Tamara “Tammi” Chisholm, 44, of Owensboro, passed away Monday January 20, 2025, while under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born December 2, 1980, in Daviess County, to Bruce and Mary Jane May Chisholm. Tammi was a 1999 graduate of Daviess County High School where she participated in track, ran cross country, and excelled in cheerleading for all four years. She played softball in Thruston for the Daviess County Girls Softball Association and played for the Kentucky Tomboys state travel team. Tammi attended Morehead State where she helped the cheerleading squad win 2 national championships as one of their stunters. She proudly served in the United States Army National Guard for over 4 years.

Tammi cherished her time with her family, especially her nephews and great nephew, she also held onto many close friends whom she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Paul and Betty May; and her paternal grandparents, Charles and Elizabeth Chisholm.

Tammi is survived by her parents, Bruce and Mary Jane Chisholm; a sister, Tiffany (Curtis) Noffsinger; nephews, Caleb (Savannah) Chisholm and Bryson (Bailey Cambron) Noffsinger; a great nephew, Kacen Chisholm; also, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The memorial service for Tammi will be at 10 a.m. Saturday January 25, 2025, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Dr. Gary Hughes officiating. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
