Sydney Lynn Riley-Higdon, infant daughter of Lawrence Higdon and Lydia Riley, passed away July 16, 2018 at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville. She was born July 15, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Sydney is survived by her parents; half-siblings, Miguel Velazquez, Isabella Velazquez and Antonio Velazquez; grandmother, Lydia Osborne; grandfather, Maron L. Higdon and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.
