Susan M. Huehls

Susan M. Huehls, 74, of 1236 Avondale Rd., Owensboro, died Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at Hermitage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 3, 1929, of Joseph Gillis and Bessie Lee Morgan Maiden,Sr., in Bell County. She was a retired registered nurse at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital. A member of Owensboro Christian Church, she was active in the senior adult ministries, and enjoyed being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lori Ann Silvey who died October 14, 2001, and also four brothers.

Survivors include, one son, William Michael Huehls, of Owensboro; four daughters, Anna Jo Silvey of Powell, TN, Susan Kay Morrison, Jacqueline Faye Wills, and Anita Gay Bunch, all of Owensboro; twelve grandchildren; three brothers, Claude Maiden, Charles Maiden and Elmer Wayne Maiden, and one sister, Frances Partin, all of Frakes, KY.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2003 at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June12, 2003 and after 8:30 a.m. Friday.
