Sina Marie Reimche

Sina Marie Jarnagin Reimche, 89, of Owensboro, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at her home. She was born on September 30, 1922 in Kansas to the late William Bryant and Mayme Jarnagin. Her family later moved to South Carrolton and then Owensboro where she graduated from Owensboro Senior High School and Owensboro Business College.

In April of 1944 she married Clarence R. Reimche and they moved to Montana where they spent about 40 years wheat farming. She was a member of Breckenridge St. United Methodist Church and had been past president of the United Methodist Women. Her hobbies were cooking and making quilts. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence on August 4, 2002.

Surviving are her daughters, Bonnie Gail Hagan and husband Randall of Owensboro and Teresa Ann Drage of Dyersburg, TN, a sister, Mary Whitehouse and husband Kenneth of Owensboro, a cousin, Jean Rodgers of Owensboro, on the Jarnagin side of the family, there are nieces Linda Crabtree of Dyersburg and Donna Whitehouse of Lexington, nephews, John Whitehouse of Owensboro and Dr. Alan Whitehouse and wife Tina of Augusta, GA, a great niece, Tanya Wells and husband Jay of Dyersburg, a great nephew, Dr. Kent Crabtree and wife Sherry of Rolla, MO, and great great nieces, Courtney, Alyssa, and Bailey Wells of Dyersburg. There are numerous nieces and nephews surviving on the Reimche side of the family.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 1 at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Pete Coble officiating. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
