Shirley Gene Sutton, 68, of Owensboro went to be with his heavenly father on August 25, 2004, born April 23, 1936 to late Henry B. and Nellie Sutton.
He is survived by four daughters, Patricia and David Cole, Cathy Sutton and companion John Morris, Norma and Richard Noffsinger, Kaye and William Crask all of Owensboro; twelve grandchildren; 2 great-granddaughters; and sister Frances Tanner of Owensboro.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Owensboro Faith Fellowship with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the Glenn Funeral Home and after 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at Owensboro Faith Fellowship.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Owensboro Faith Fellowship.
