Shirley Ann Perry

Shirley Ann Perry, age 63, of 1710 Mt. Vernon Drive, Owensboro, died Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at Owensboro Medical Health System. The Daviess County native was born to the late Wesley and Ora Lee Phegley Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. She loved to read, crafts, holiday decorating, and her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Eugene Stanley Perry Sr. in 1999, and two grandchildren, Jake Wesley and Faith Crisp.

She is survived by her son, Stan Perry, daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Jeff Hicks, Julie and Brad Crisp, grandchildren, Brandon Perry, Savannah Perry, Jordan Perry, Matt Hicks, Jacob Hicks, Easton Crisp, and Kennedy Crisp, all of Owensboro, and a brother, Sherril Smith of Masonville.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 30, 2004, at 2:30 p.m. at Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and after 11:30 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.
