Mrs. Shirley Ann Drew of Owensboro passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in Owensboro.
She was born January 18, 1939 to the late Marvin and Lora Mae (Duvall) Herbst.

Shirley owned and operated Regency Typing Services.

She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ. Shirley had earned a degree in paralegal services from Daymar College. Shirley was a former president of Auxillary of City of Hope in California and volunteered in various capacities through the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Peggy Bennett.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 25 years, Robert Drew; sons, Rusty Reed (Becca), Tim Reed (Debbie) and Rob Reed all of California; stepson, J. D. Crawford (Elin) of Georgia; stepdaughter, Sharon Crawford Hagan (George) of Owensboro; aunt, Geraldine Schuetter of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Christa Reed, Cody Reed, Tom Reed (Shawna), John Reed ( Sylvia), Crystal Reed (Alan) all of California; step grandchildren, Tracie Hagan Aull (Timmy) of Owensboro, Alaina Hagan Hudson (Breck) of Georgia and Heather Weaver (Tony) of Georgia; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
Bro. Allen Shouse will officiate and burial will be at a later date.
