Sherryll Lynn Roberts

Sherryll Lynn Roberts, 66, of Owensboro, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Heartford House while under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Kentucky. She was born on June 20, 1959, in Lexington, KY, to Ralph and Leona Burton Snowden.

Sherryll was retired from Farm Bureau Insurance where she worked as a Licensed Customer Service Representative. She enjoyed decorating and shopping, was very crafty and creative, and loved working in her flowers at her home. Sherryll also enjoyed watching her grandsons play their various sports. If you truly knew her, there are a couple of other things that you would know about Sherryll…. majority of the time she would be wearing her flip-flops instead of regular shoes, and her love for her dogs, even making their clothes and dressing them up for photo shoots.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Leona Burton Snowden.

Sherryll is survived by her husband of 45 years, Ricky Roberts; a daughter, Brittany Roberts; son, Matthew (Ashley) Roberts; grandsons, Memphis Roberts and Caleb Register; her father, Ralph Snowden; sister, Sabrina (Terry) Ebelhar; several nieces and nephews; her own fur babies, Lillie Rose and Bella Grace; and her fur baby nephew, Tucker.

The funeral service for Sherryll will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2026, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 5 p.m. on Sunday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
