Sharon Starr Law Duckwall

Sharon Starr Law Duckwall, 52, of 2027 Wrights Landing Road, Owensboro, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2007 at Owensboro Medical Health System. She was born in Daviess Co., KY. to the late James and Earline Belcher Law. She was a Systems Analyst and Programmer and a member of Maceo Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for many years, helped in Vacation Bible School, and was the assistant pianist. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her family , especially her grandchildren, and planning everyones birthdays. She graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 1977. She was also preceded in death by five brothers and sisters, James Law, Jr,, Ona Mae Goodall, Jewell Mae Law, Mary Lynn Law, and Aileene Vance.

Surviving is her husband of 25 years, David M. Duckwall, two sons, David M. Duckwall and his wife Melanie, and Casey Duckwall, and her daughter, Alana Troutman and her husband Marvin Keith, all of Owensboro, four grandchildren, Houston, Jenna Kate, and Karly Jo Duckwall, and Lexy Troutman, a sister, Pauline Law of Owensboro, two brothers, Tommie Law of Owensboro, and Ronnie Law of Beaver Dam, and several nieces and nephews,

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 1, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford, Ky. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 P.M. Friday and after 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
