Sara Ghee Cary Miller

September 30, 1913 — October 31, 2003

Sara Ghee Cary Miller, 90, of Owensboro, died Friday, October 31, 2003 at the Hermitage Manor. The McLean County native was the daughter of the late Glover and Bess Miller Cary, Sr. She was a homemaker; member of the Settle Memorial United Methodist Church, Hospital Guild, and United Methodist Women. Mrs. Miller was a graduate of Owensboro High School, Randolph Macon College and George Washington University. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Miller in 1988, and her sisters, Helen Snyder and Elizabeth Triplett

Her daughter and son-in-law, Sara Ghee and David Thomas of Carrolton, MO.; a granddaughter, Sara Ghee Mason of Owensboro; a grandson, Charles Wesley Henke; and a brother Glover Cary, Jr. of Owensboro, survive her.

Funeral services will be noon Monday at the Glenn Funeral Home with entombment in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1-5 P.M. Sunday and after 11 a.m. Monday.
