Sandra Edelen Rouse

Sandra Edelen Rouse, 65, of Owensboro passed away Sunday, March 30, 2008 at her home. Born in Owensboro on May 13, 1942, Mrs. Rouse was a member of Third Baptist Church; had worked as phlebotomist; was an artist; and enjoyed visiting flea markets, antiquing, and was an avid animal lover. She was preceded in death by her father, John Edelen and a brother, Cary Edelen.

Survivors include her sons, Keith (and his wife Jennifer) Rouse of Denver, CO, and Kevin Rouse of Owensboro; her mother, Frances Mayrene Edelen of Owensboro; her fiance', John T. Koller of Owensboro; grandchildren, Brittany Nicole Rouse, Jada Mackenzie Rouse, and Jazper Logan Rouse; and a brother, Arvin Bruce Edelen of Owensboro.

Services are 12 noon Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Glenn Funeral Home with Dr. James Byrd officiating followed by burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 P.M. on Wednesday and after 9 A.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
