Sandra Leah Napper Fox, 63, of Gaffney, SC died Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at her home in Gaffney. Born October 4, 1941 in Edmonson County, she was a homemaker and member of the Mount Ararat Baptist Church. She loved to read, travel and especially spend time fishing. She was preceded in death by a son, Bobby Ray Huff in 1993 and her father, Raymond Napper in 1999.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Larry Fox; a daughter, Shari (and Stephen) Chase of Canton, GA; a son, Barry (and Jill) Huff of Owensboro; her mother Maxine Coleman Napper of Owensboro; five grandchildren, Leah Chase, Leeann Huff, Larae Huff, Misty Newton, and Marla Huff; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Sue Ellen (and Tom) Skahill of LaGrange, IL ; three brothers, Scott Napper of Cincinnati, Stewart (and Sue) Napper of Owensboro, and Stan (and Jackie) Napper of Philpot; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 1:30 P.M. Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Glenn Funeral Home with entombment in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4-8 P.M. on Saturday and after noon on Sunday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to American Diabetes Association.
