Sadie Grace Meade

Mrs. Sadie Steele Tabor Bernard Meade, 91, of, Owensboro, KY, formerly of Bluefield, WV, died Friday, at her daughters residence in Owensboro. She was born May 13, 1912, to the late William Sherman and Cora Taylor Steele, in Spanishburg, WV. She was a long time member of the Methodist Churchs, Carr Memorial Metholdist in Glenwood and Bland Street Methodist Church in Bluefield.

Survivors include three daughters, Judy Tabor of Owensboro, Barbara Ingram and Gail Lucas, both of Raleigh, NC, and seven grandchildren.

Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2004, at the Mercer Funeral Home in Bluefield, WV, with entombment in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV. Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Tuesday at the Mercer Funeral Home in Bluefield, WV. Glenn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
