Sabrina DEllen Sparks

August 12, 1965 — February 1, 2015

Sabrina D'Ellen Crowe Sparks left this earth to dance with the Angels on February 1, 2015. She was born in Owensboro to Wendell and Nora Ann Spurrier Crowe, August 12, 1965. Sabrina was a woman with a strong Christian walk. She was a member of Dawson Baptist Church and was involved in many Christian outreach programs, including Compassion International, an overseas child program. Sabrina graduated Apollo High School in 1984 and then Mr. Jim's Beauty School in 1986 and continued her profession for 28 years. On March 19th, 1988, she married the love of her life. Sabrina loved to watch her son in band and was the Executive Officer of the Daviess Co. Band of Pride. She was a Team Leader of Team Sabrina for many Breast Cancer walks. She loved life and touched many people by her strength and spirit.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Sparks and son Hunter Sparks; Mother and Father Wendell and Nora Ann Crowe; sister, Tiffany May (Steven); Father and Mother-in-law, Jackie and Delilia Sparks; Sisters-in-law, Theresa Leach (Mike), Renee Singleton (Mike), and Shannon Hamilton (Kevin), Brother-in-law, David Sparks (Teresa); Aunt, Shirley Jones; Uncles, Doug Spurrier (Lynn), Jimmy Spurrier (Mary), Billy Spurrier (Judy), Jordan Neal, several nieces, nephews, two great nieces, one great nephew, and several close, special friends.

Services will be 10AM, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, with Bro. Craig Bratcher officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-8PM and Thursday 8-10AM at the funeral home. Entombment will take place at the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum in Rosehill Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Dawson Baptist Church Youth Fund.
