Ruth Ann Wethington

Ruth Ann Wethington was born May 12, 1957 to Herman Joseph and Dorothy Reisz Wethington. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Browns Valley, KY. She was a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School and Brescia University. For the past five years, she devoted her life and utilized her skills in Social Work by being the primary care giver for her Mother.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Joseph Wethington and brother, Paul Volk Wethington. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Wethington, of Utica, her sister, Sharon Knox-Tucker (Barney), Atlanta, GA, brothers, Ron Wethington (Connie), Utica, KY and Bud Wethington (Jeanell), Tallahassee, FL, nephews, Tom Knox (Lori), Cumming, GA, Mike Knox (Jonna), Cumming, GA, Ryan Wethington, Nashville, TN, and Neil Wethington, Athens, GA. She is also survived by her great nieces, Mikala Knox and Abby Knox, and great-nephew, JT Knox, all of Cumming, GA, several aunts and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Clark officiating, and burial following in St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church.
