Roy W. Bill Henry, 77, of 100 Augusta Ave., BowlingGreen, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006 at his home. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky. to the late Loney Clarence & Sarah Ethel Wheatley Henry. He was of the Catholic faith and retired after 33 years in Marketing with Bell South. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, had been the manager of Building and Grounds of the Greens of Heartland Condominium Association where he lived in Bowling Green, and was a U. S. Navy veteran.
Surviving is his wife, Wandola Miller Henry, two sons, Ronald W. Henry of Owensboro and Gary W. Henry of Orlando, Fla., two stepdaughters, Sharon Rowland of Hendersonville, Tn. and Charlotte Miller of Murfreesboro, Tn., five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three sisters, Frances Vargason, Thelma Crump, and Ethel Birge, all of Owensboro, and a niece, Teresa Henry of Owensboro.
Services will be 12 Noon Wednesday, Dec. 13, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bowling Green with entombment following in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the church.
