Roy Carter, Jr.,of the Wendell Fosters Campus for Developmental Disabilities at 815 Triplett St., Owensboro, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2004, at Owensboro Medical Health System. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky.
Surviving is a sister, Sandra Carter, several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins, and his Wendell Foster friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday, September 7, at the Glenn Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 12 NOON Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Roy Carter, Jr. Memorial Fund, c/o Glenn Funeral Home, 900 Old Hartford Rd., Owensboro, Ky. 42303.
