Rosemary Jean Magan

Rosemary Jean Magan, 88, of Owensboro, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born April 15, 1928 in Daviess Co. to the late John and Raphael Brumley. Rosemary was a homemaker and a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church. She was a very caring and loving person, the best wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and mother-in-law a person could ever want. She also had a great sense of humor.

Surviving are her husband of 62 years, Wallace C. Magan, three daughters, Melinda Ann Strehl and husband Rick of Louisville, Barbara Jean Lemmons of Louisville, and Mary Lynn Freels and husband Tim of Owensboro, three grandchildren, Andrew Freels and Lauren Freels, both of Owensboro, and Jeremiah Lemmons of Louisville, two great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Nolan Clary, both of Owensboro, and a sister, Ann Moredock and husband David of Philpot.

Private Services will be held. Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
