Ronald Albert Sipos

Ronald Albert Sipos, 69, of Owensboro passed away Sunday, August 9, 2026, under the care of Hospice and Palliative Care of W. Kentucky. The McKeesport, PA native was born July 24, 1957, to the late Albert A. Sipos and Helen Halas Sipos. Ron received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He was a long-standing member of the Knights of Columbus.

In addition to his parents, Ron also was preceded in death by an infant sister, Patricia Sipos.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 43 years, Pauline Cizdziel Sipos; two sons, Jeffrey Sipos (Victoria) of Buffalo, NY and David Sipos (Angela) of Tampa, FL; daughter, Melissa Hoegg (John) of Owensboro; two grandchildren, Charlie and Kaitlyn Hoegg; sister, Kathy Smith (Ron) of Seal Beach, CA.

The funeral Mass for Ronald Sipos will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 13 at Saints Joseph and Paul Catholic Church. Inurnment will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
