Ronald Marion Neal

Ronald Neal, 69, of Owensboro, died Monday, May 3, 2010 at his daughter's home. The Bremen, KY native was born to the late George and Lena (Knight) Neal, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of AmVets, and retired from Field Packing Company as a personnel director. His wife of 45 years, Judith Ann Neal preceded him in death on August 10, 2009, as well as a brother Wayne Neal in May of 2009.

Surviving is a son; Martin Neal and companion, Gail Bodner of Owensboro, daughters; Teresa (Billy) Kirby of Beechmont, KY, Deana (Jay) Lessert of Hendersonville, TN, and Dana Clark and companion Mack Dukate of Owensboro, his grandchildren; Adam Clark, Austin and Aaron Clark, Katelynn and Kelly-Ann Storm, Lilly Kirby, Eric Neal, Hunter Neal Tudor and Lydia Lessert, a great grandchild; Alexis Clark, a brother; Wilburn Rese of Muhlenburg County, KY. and several nieces and nephews.

A joint memorial service will be held for Ronald and Judith Neal at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Western Kentucky.
