Roger Dale Peak

Roger Dale Peak Sr, 64, of Hartford passed away Friday, January 5, 2024. The Owensboro native was born November 15,1959. Roger was employed at Envision Contractors until his retirement in 2017. He was instrumental in teaching young individuals about pipeline construction and distribution in the natural gas industry. Roger took pride in coaching youth football in both Owensboro and Ohio County. He made many lifelong friends and was respected by many in the youth football leagues. Roger also was an avid hunter of deer, turkey and waterfowl.

Roger was preceded in death by his daughter, Nina Faye Peak in May 2017.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Krystal Hart Peak; mother, Ella Brown of Owensboro; son, Dale Peak (Katie) of Beaver Dam; stepdaughter, Jodi Hendrix Holt (Norman) of Owensboro; stepson, Jeremy Hendrix (Shona) of Clermont, FL; sisters, Sharon Hardison (Chris) of Alabama, Rita Tooley (John), Debbie Peak (Maurice), and Kathy Martin (Roger) all of Owensboro; brothers. Gary Peak (Kim), Thomas Sims (Joni), and Steve Peak, all of Owensboro; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 until 7:00 pm at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Honoring Roger’s request, there will be no funeral service.
