Roger Thomas Martin

Roger Thomas Martin, 53, of Rome, IN, died Thursday, September 4, 2003, at University Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born February 11, 1950 to the late John T. and Agnes Gossett Martin, in Muhlenberg County. He enjoyed geology, painting, sight seeing, drag racing, riding his tractor, watching the discovery channel and spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include, a son and daughter-in-law, Roger Wilson and Kathy Martin, of Owensboro, a son Brian Taylor Martin, and his fiancee, Jodi Kassinger, of Owensboro, a daughter and son-in-law, Cassie and Mike Gaddey, of Owensboro, a daughter, Sara Martin, and her fiancee, Randy Lane, of Owensboro, a daughter, Natalie Martin, of Owensboro, three grandchildren, Nicholas and Tyler Gaddey, and Weston Lane, two brothers, Jerry Leon Martin and John Wayne Martin, both of Owensboro, his uncle and aunt, Earl and Vohnell Beasley of Owensboro, also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M Monday, at Glenn Funeral Home, with burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens, visitation will be from 2:00 till 8:00 PM Sunday, and after 9:00 AM Monday, at the funeral home.
