Robert E. Bob Smith, 75, of Owensboro, died Thursday, December 8, 2005, at Harborside Health Care Center. He was truck driver for 45 years, a member of Relevant Faith Church and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha A. Smith on February 26, 2003.
Survivors include his step-sons, Patrick Allan Cehrs of Cincinnati, OH and Michael Cehrs of Owensboro; five step-grandchildren; a sister, Natalie Millat of Dayton, OH; a friend, Helen Herode of Owensboro.
Services will be 1:00 PM Monday at Owensboro Memorial Gardens, with military honors given by VFW Post #676. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Glenn Funeral Home on Monday.
